The year 2005 was the first year of the roadster so I doubt they would have three versions of it.
You are correct.
Special Edition didn't come out until 2006 model year & only came in Inferno Red. And from 2006 on, Inferno Red was the official listed color. 2004 & 2005 were the years for Blaze Red. (Note: Per the brochures I downloaded for all model years.)
Just curious whether there really was a difference in the formulations or just a name change.
