Thank you, thank you, your information on The No Start issue and Horn fix was a life saver. I pulled the board out and compared it to your photos and thought that mine didn't look bad But since I had it out I would resolder the circuit board. I also figured I would do the horn fix. Well when I put everything back in the car, the engine fired right up and the horn works with the key out of the vehicle. Once again I can't thank you enough for your contributions to this forum.
