Sounds like carbon monoxide. The headache is a clue. Very dangerous. Check the whole exhaust system for small leaks. When your windows are open, air is sucked into the cabin. If you have an exhaust leak, CO fumes will be sucked into the cabin, giving you a headache. After the headache gets worse, you can pass out. Please get this fixed immediately.
