yes that is where the fuel pump and filter/regulator are located. the factory pinch clamps are not tighten-able. if the car has gone 40k miles since its last fuel filter/regulator change now would be the time to swap that out and replace the lines there. we include new fuel line clamps with the filter automatically and I can include some top quality hose for you also so long as you ask when ordering.


you can do the job by backing the car up onto oil change ramps, wear glasses so gas doesn't get in your eyes
