It's already been mentioned by CTD that the new grill assembly simply replaces the old grill, using the same mounting points - what's difficult to understand about that???

Ok...so it MAY need painting depending on the colour of your car, what's the big deal My wife's car gets scratches and things painted every few months to keep it pristine; if you want to change the look of your car with this grill that's what you might need to do;... like it or lump it!
