Can you please tell me why Chrysler considers it normal for a $40K 2005 Crossfire Roadster w/ 9,000 miles to do the following? Hard shifting? No reaction when at a stop, even though I'm mashing down the gas pedal? I'm disturbed that you consider this to be normal for a sports car. So if you fear for your life when you're in the middle of an intersection and your car won't move, its normal? If you feel like you're getting whiplash, its normal? How sad. I want a better answer!
