I asked about rotation of the liner because a later post by someone else mentioned rotating it.
I purchased those clips using your eBay link when you did the original post, hoping I would not need them for my liner. I think they are used on the door panels and the upper trunk liners in the coupe as well, if memory serves me correctly.
