So nobody agrees with me? Under heavy braking or any braking for that matter the nose of the car would be pointing into the ground. A rear spoiler that was connected (at the correct/standard position) to the "skate board" in the closed position and only raised once you depressed brake and then lowered once you released wouldn't work?

Isn't that how air brakes work?
