Is there another dealer you can take your car to? If so, call them and find out if they have someone certified to work on your car...

I have 3 dealers in my area and just found out that the dealer furthest from me is the only one that a certified tech that knows this car. So they get my business without any hesitation.

But distance is nothing when it means the difference between getting it done right or having to get it redone. Which I know all about.
