Consider taking it to a different dealer. Also, is you car covered by the Premium Care plan? If so, it's best to use it to get a loaner/rental car each time your Crossfire is in for service. It gives the incentive to the dealer to work on your car promptly because Chrysler isn't going to want to pay rental car costs for multiple days to fix things.
