My question to you is what all will I need to complete the swap with the stock Inifinity stereo as far as installation kits are concerned? I was looking at Crutchfield's kit which would suggest I can "plug and play". Cutting wires is not an option I would pursue.

Just the kenwood marine radio and scosh, wiring harness, and the antenna adapter, the harness plugs into the factory harness, but the pigtails from the scosh harness connect to the pigtails from the new head unit harness.
