i had the same problem today -- suggested they just crimp it in or something -- but instead -- they ordered all new speaker under warranty and will replace it all free. As i drove on rough highway asphalt -- the speaker cover would stop rattling if i pushed against it. Oh well -- if they want to put in a new speaker too -- who am i to stop them!
