Schrader 52088990AE 433 MHz TPMS Tire Pressure Sensors for Chrysler

The dealer relearn is about $110 in Atlanta.
Thats not a bad price, but what concerns me is the date on the package in the ad, it has a date of 2012 which tells me for 5 bucks more I can have Schrader with a 2016 date on it. Good luck with those.
So, if the two frequencies used in 05 were different, and if the frequency of at least one of the wheels is transmitting and can be read by the "magic wand" at the stealership, which they just said they would do at no charge, then I should be able to order the correct sensor without having to break down the tire (again) to read the number off of the sensor. Yes?
Great pictures above by the way.
