I have read all posts for this problem. I followed the instructions on the PDF. Did the procedure 4 times with same results. Key turns fine and I have electrical power, steering wheel turns put engine won't turn on. Please help me, I feel like I'm so close to fixing, just can't figure out what I'm missing. I'm putting key in at position 1.
