I've pretty much exhausted this with no positive outcome. I changed the batteries in my old unit with no effect, I bought a used siren box, I've had all he switches off and cleaned the, had the pump out and checked everything and it's still failed. I visited the dealer to code out the alarm and was not possible so my solution is the next best thing in my eyes.
The siren is now disconnected and the alarm no longer kills the battery. I'm happy with that.
