In Florida, concerning salvaged automobiles, the distinction is made between rebuilt, and salvage whether it be a wreck or flood. The rebuilt title is issued after the Fla. Dept. of Trans. inspects the vehicle and recertifies it as roadworthy. The rebuilt title will specify if it was a wreck or if it was flood which is important to know when determining the true value of the car. As some senior forum member here pointed out in another thread concerning rebuilt titles...I don't drive a title, I drive a car.
The mechanical condition of the car should determine its price, not so much the title issue. IMHO....good luck.
