Depends on the state laws where it will be purchased, and titled (will a state issue a title to drive it if another state has a title record like the ones discussed). I would guess you SHOULD be able to 'haul' it on a trailer/flatbed no matter what state it is purchased in BUT after $ has been invested, will another state issue a 'roadworthy' title. I have no experiences with those many laws BUT then again I hear a lot of restrictions in certain states MUST be followed (if at all able to title for road use). Check what state laws your buying in, and then the state laws in the state you are repairing/titling/driving it in. Good luck!
