Not planning to attend this event, but couldn't help noticing that your location is North Bay, Ontario. I did some shutdown planning work at the TEMBEC paper mill in Temiscaming, Quebec back in 2011. I stayed for 2-wks per visit & booked my room at The Hampton Inn in North Bay. Great city - I really enjoyed my time there. Spent nearly 3 month in the fall season.
