Thanks for the heads up . . . I did a little research and you're right. The prevailing expert tells me, "Some Gen 3 Vipers have been known to have spun bearings due to oil starvation in specific high G turn conditions when tracking the car. Not something that normally would be seen on the street. However, I would keep the oil level at the full mark on the street, and some recommend overfilling for track days. You would need to research that. There is a relatively expensive change to the oil pick up that can be made to eliminate that issue on the track."

My aggressive driving days are quickly becoming "old man" driving days. The Viper will not likely be getting the type of work out that could cause oil starvation. I will, however,l closely monitor the oil level and oil usage. Thanks again . . .
