The -700 on the display tells me that the dealer didn't reset the FSS counter properly. It's pretty easy to do but you have to get the timing right. Here's the procedure:

turn ignition key to position 2 (on)

press reset button twice within 4 seconds (the one on the left of the odometer display)

turn ignition back to pos 1 (off)

press and hold the reset button
turn ignition to pos 2 (on)

keep pressing the reset button until buzzer sounds and new miles display appears


So in simpler terms:

On, push-push, off, push/hold, on, wait for the beep, release

Lather, rinse, repeat until you get it.
