If not, remove the negative battery cable from the battery and the fender well and check that there is no corrosion at the mounting point.
( I suspect you have a battery to ground (earth) problem. )

Yes, i have multimeter and voltage is correct.

Now car stay up the hill and only light when take a key to ingnition is battery. Windows and seats are function,fuses are ok too.
But if the car stay on straight road display on dashboard all at once running.
