You have to keep in mind that this IS a first year production car, even if it is based on an existing platform/engine. That problem doesn't sound SO bad, yes it sucks, but look at the bright side... some people who have bough G35s and 350zs have had to replace the transmission up to three times in the first 3 months of having the cars... obviously no problem is acceptable, but it is a price you pay for having a first year production car.
