I am talking to Crutchfield about a Kenwood KMR-D768BT Marine CD receiver with Bluetooth. This seems to do everything I want with a future upgrade to XM possible. CD, Bluetooth, remote USB input, Remote mic for hands free phone, and a 5v preamp output.

Crutchfield is more expensive than other sources but all the wiring harness jumpers are included. And I know that they have good installation support.

I plan on using the existing speakers and amp but the CD player on the current radio doesn't seem to work well (although I haven't played with it much) and I miss the bluetooth ability.

PS the current radio is a Nav radio but that feature appears nearly useless now. I prefer standalone units when traveling.
