It's a Bosch Motronic as used on millions of other vehicles. Each manufacturer configures it for their application. You can buy replacements but you still need the individual software seed keys to be able to get into the code and change anything. There's a guy selling these on the internet at a few thousand Euros a pop depending on the application. He's someone who has been in the auto industry and acquired them by some means or other. He argues that if you are a remapping outfit you will recoup your money after a few jobs. More popular applications like GM have been hacked and the key generation algorithms are known throughout the tuning industry.
