On the "STARTER FAILS TO OPERATE", add in the pulse module.
( the pulse module is located inside the underhood fuse panel, turning the ignition key to 'start' tells it to engage the starter solenoid, it then is told by the PTCM to disengage when the engine is started.
IE, you can just bump the key to start then it's automatic from there. If you continue to hold the key in start after the engine is running, the starter will disengage anyway )
