How many kilometers are on the car? I had similar problems and solved them by having the transmission fluid changed and replacing the filter and Adapter Plug as well. BE sure to replace the Adapter Plug as they are known to cause fluid leakage. Many would also suggest replacing the Conductor Plate while you're at it.
