Ok people,


New keyfob from justwings. Tried the programming method. Car will start for a couple seconds and then shut off. After repeated attempts, the car will not start. If you wait a while and come back, the process will repeat.


My wife has been doing this and she confused the start position with the on/run position but she claims she has done it both ways with no success.


I swapped batteries already. No difference.


Does it matter if the control module in the truck is out of the car? I can't see why but we are operating the top in manual mode right now so I removed the module.


I see someone else had this same issue. It's definitely related to this keyfob since the old one still works fine.
