Sorry you can't make it. Unfortunately we have an agreement with the hotel, that after a certain date any rooms not taken goes out to the public at regular price. If someone that hasn't booked yet gets in touch with you, you can just revert it to their name, but I believe everyone that is staying have booked already.
Again sorry you can't make it, hopefully next year.
