[tQUOTE=ala_xfire;890342]You insert them into the 2 horizontal slots at the bottom of the radio with the curved part facing inwards, this forces the spring tensioned retainers inward and you can then pull the unit out with the keys.
Once you have the unit out, you can then see how to remove the keys.
