The pulse module is located in the underhood fuse panel box, how the heck did it connected in the passenger floorboard ? That would take running a bunch of wires for no discernible purpose.
That's what it's doing. After a few start attempts, it doesn't even click anymore unless I remove/reconnect the battery.
I was mistaken about the module. The pulse module looks similar to the TCU, so I thought that was it since it was in the floorboard near the TCU. The TCU is what seems to have been changed. Here's a couple pics of it installed in the car:
