Default Re: R/H headlight

I saw this headlight on ebay US and ebay Canada that doesn't seem to be a U.S. headlight:
OEM 68024632AA Headlight Headlamp Passenger Right for 04-08 Chrysler Crossfire

In the back center, instead of that really long adjusting screw, it looks like it has an electrical connector on an assembly. I assume that is the electrically adjustable headlights that are mentioned in the Service Manual where the height can be adjusted by a switch on the dash next to the regular headlight switch.
The manufacture date on the Mopar box also seems to be very new. So is this a picture of a headlight from a non-U.S. Crossfire ? What countries had the electrically adjustable headlights ?
Can one of these be used in a U.S. car, without the power connected for the motor, like it can still be adjusted manually with the screw on that assembly ?
Also, this headlight doesn't seem to have an opening in the back for the tiny bulb that is up in the top corner ?
Just curious about how the motor-driven headlights work in other cars.
