Alright so I've contacted EC and I've looked through the MB forums and have come up with a couple of things.
EC told me that there is no way to directly tune stock E85 without getting the module that increases the PWM signal. They can make a tune for E85 acting like race fuel because of the 105+octane you can run higher boost and advanced timing, but they can't change the ECM to add the 30% additional fuel correctly.
The MB forum, people have stated that their C32 AMG manuals "specifically" say do not use it. Only certain models are able to use it. Looks like the c320 sport editions. These models which use the 3.2L have a module that detects how much ethonal is in the fuel and adjusts accordingly. Furthermore it's to be believed they have fuel lines and pump that are coated with teflon to reduce corrosion from the hydroscopic ethonal.
Well that answers that. Oh well time to keep searching!!
