Those are the part numbers for the Mercedes Benz SLK shocks manufactured by KYB, so the logic is they will fit the Crossfire since it was built on a similar platform. The pricing is between $200-$250 including shipping.

The shocks may be different when you consider that KYB was testing them on the Crossfire. Why test on the Crossfire if they're identical to those used on the SLK320 and the suspensions are the same? Although the Crossfire is built on an SLK320 chassis, I've read that the SLK320 suspension was slightly modified for use on the Crossfire. A return warranty is a good idea if we by the SLK320-spec'd shocks.
