I was just replacing my headliner I reupholstered yesterday and my seats also decided to die.

Start beneath the steering wheel and locate a single screw. Remove. Grab the plastic Y shaped piece it was holding and pull to remove it. Continue to remove each screw connecting the plastic below the steering wheel, find a few hex scews on the underside, one phillips in the fuse box cover, one hidden by the the hood latch release. Eventually you'll be able to pull it down.

Look to the left of the steering wheel inside the dash and locate a small square black box, it's the seat relay. Pull it out. Pry it open. Inspect the circuit board. Likely there is a connection inside that the solder is dry and cracked. Resolder.

Alternatively, buy a new relay for $30 (generic) or $60 (OEM) and replace.
