There are not many problems that have not arisen before and have had the solution found. Here is a PDF that I did when I had similar seat problems. In my case a 10 cent diode solved the problem.

To gain access to the relay the lower dash panel with the bottom cover still attached can be dropped or just the bottom cover can be removed. Do not separate the two halves of the bottom cover as it is more awkward to replace when the job is done. How to get to the relay is described in the following PDF that tells you how to fix the sticky key problem. While you are doing this seat fix you should think of doing the sticky key fox if you have not done so and if it applies to your cars year.
