If the ashtray works, (opens an closes) I would love to have that assembly. You can keep the CIG lighter (removable part) an make a sale of that , to another member. My ashtray was having the common problem of not staying closed. I looked on the forum and found that if you removed it there's a small latch at the back of the unit that just pops back down and that makes the ashtray catch and stay closed.
I'll have it removed and I'll let you know.
