The recirc and radio are supposed to turn off automatically after a certain time or if the battery is sensed to be getting too weak.
If you take out each fuse one at a time and put a light bulb or a voltmeter across the fuse terminals you may find a circuit that is live when it should be dead.
If you do find one you have found the source of your problem.
You can also check if there is too much current draw on the battery when the ignition is dead and the doors closed and locked. I am assuming that the battery is good if not it might be on the decline.
