3 times makes it sound like a SKREEM issue.
Pretty sure the SKREM is VIN encoded, so swapping out with the NA wouldn't work, even if you held the NA key next to the key ring antenna .
If someone knows otherwise, feel free to correct me

Could be something simple like the key ring antenna became disconnected ?
