Default Rear main seal and clutch replacement?

Hey guys! I'm getting a burning oil smell when I accelerate quickly or come to a stop. I replaced the valve cover gaskets thinking that was the cause of the smell. I cleaned the engine bay and valve covers seem to be good.

I crawled underneath to replace the motor mounts and steering dampener and I noticed a decent amount of fluid on the bottom of the transmission. Looks and smells like motor oil. Looks to be leaking from between the engine and transmission (rear main seal). Is this common on these cars? Could that cause burning oil smell? I think it's lower than the exhaust?

If it's the rear main seal, I plan on fixing it. But I might as well replace the clutch while I am in there, right? 144k miles...

I can get an LUK clutch for $450, I used LUK on my last car, no problems. But I can't find a new flywheel for this car.

What do you guys think? Is it the main seal? If it is, should I replace the clutch? If I replace the clutch should I replace the flywheel?
