Hi I moved to West Palm Beach Florida. Since the condo is small I did balcony chairs with the seats and drag wheel tires as the base. It's sturdy with the correct recline and the rails sliders centered. It's not attached to the base. I got great compliments and it places the eyes over the rail for watching the boats go by. I need a table idea but not another wheel. Thanks!
