I did a 350 chevy with 700r4 tranny in my '90 GMC Suburban by myself a few years ago with my cherry picker & leveler. No big deal if you aren't in a big hurry.
Hardest part was getting the picker to move as I was on asphalt, had I been on concrete there would have been no problem at all.
I ended up using a 2X4 lever an inch at a time to get it away from the truck.
