I joined CICCI and paid dues for the benefit of all members of the organization, not as a charitable fund raising organization.
If I desire to contribute to charity, I will personally choose the charity and amount of contribution.
When CICCI disbands, the only honorable thing to do is to split up the treasury between the members in good standing at the time.
