I tried Mother's Mag & Aluminum Polish on my wife's 2006 VW New Beetle's headlights and both of them turned our looking near new. And the VW Beetle is famous for having "cloudy" headlights. I was favorably impressed with how easy it was to use the Mother's product. And will continue to use this technique if the headlights ever get really "cloudy" in the future.

I have always used
Meguiar's PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish on my XFire's headlights & taillights. But I've done this service every 6 months ever since I've owned the car. And the headlights still look like new. I never allowed them to get "cloudy".
