Thanks 180. I've been doing a little more on-line research and I'm beginning to get a better picture of what I need to do. Yes, certainly the dealer is a yahoo and I won't be going to them again for anything. Last summer I had them replace an alternator and while they were cleaning up the interior one of their guys somehow broke the driver's seat adjuster. They denied any responsibility until I said the magic words, "my attorney".
