I was interested in a mesh grill like the Caddies have. I have been patiently waiting. Hell just froze over so I contacted the people at E&G Classics and as the largest grille manufacturer in the US with after market grilles they have an interest. They typically do not go into production for less than 100 units but after my conversation they are bringing in a Crossfire from a local dealership the week after next (Jonathan is on vacation this coming week) to look at a proto type. If anyone wants to contact them and urge the build, call starting 8/14/06. There web site is : http://www.egclassic.com/
Here is the email I received from them:

Thank you for contacting E&G Classics. We are the leading manufacturer of
high quality custom grilles for a wide variety of vehicles. We have never
produced a grille for the Crossfire due to its limited sales volume. While
it does outsell the Cadillac XLR, we have more Cadillac dealers that will
purchase XLR grilles than Chrysler dealers will purchase a Crossfire grille.
Chrysler dealers have always been reluctant to add any accessories to the
Crossfire.
However, we would like to take a look at producing the grille. You mention
that you could come to our Columbia, MD location. We would like to set up a
time that would be convenient for you to bring your car in.
Please send me an email and we will set up a time to meet.

Sincerely,
Jonathan Titman
