Default Re: TPMS sensors

So I went in today to get some info. He started by saying the aluminum OEM are a pain to get off - he just had a jeep he needed to cut it off. The new TPMS are rubber. They are made by Schrader so they are an OEM maker. They are programmable - just need to know the car it is going on. He said if you did put your wheels on another car they can be reprogrammed to it! He said they normally charge $65.00 ea. + 10$ installation. So $300. Canadian a set (under $250 US) I got them cheaper as bought tires. Sounds like another no more dealership victory.
