I read on here somewhere were one type/style of plugs gave a smoother idle, while another gave better performance, but a rougher idle, or some such.
now consider that you need 12 plugs for the Engine. what happens when you use 6 of one and a half a dozen of the other?
Could you actually have your Cake and eat it too?
FYI the previous owner probably had a Cup holder hanging from the corner of the Glove box. (had the same problem.)
