A larger Throttle body and some exhaust mods will help put more volume through the cylinders. A good dyno Tune will maximize the effects of those improvements. Arguably it may be possible to achieve 265-275 HP or more but the limits of physics put the top gains possible to well under 300HP. And for the money invested in all that plumbing and tunes,,,;, one might as well trade up to an SRT, if available.
The highest reported hp at the wheels was 195 approximately so your figures show a very high loss through the drive train. The 195 is probably too high anyway.
Exhaust has shown little hp gains, you mention a good cold air inlet like the NeedsWings SCI.
