Why does the radio play for 2 seconds when key's removed?
I love the car radios that play 'til you pop the door.
I remember (in the 70's) dealers offering to wire the radio "hot", so that you could switch it on without the key. Handy, but spacing out could mean jumper cable time.
But what gives with our 1 1/2 seconds of music as we get out? As carefully engineered as German cars are, there MUST be a rationale, but I'm stumped.
