2.) All cancellations must be made minimum 30 days in advance to avoid being charged should you need to cancel

3.) These are cottage style accommodations with additional surcharges as follows:

- Towels $ 5.00 per person
- Linens $ 5.50 per person
- Blankets $ 6.50 per person
- Comforter $ 10.00 per person
